Images in Email Templates |
- As part of the design process, we create new images that are part of your email template for example the banner, or logo. All images including any photos need to be hosted online and this can either be on your web space, or ClientMailer can offer this facility.

ClientMailer Online Images Facility |
An easy-to-use facility where we host your images, saving you the inconvenience and cost of using your website firm.
- You have full control of the images being hosted, and these can include “fixed” images like your logo and other images that always appear in your newsletter, as well as “flexible” images that change between editions of your newsletter.
- For example if you have a email newsletter template with say 2 or 3 images, called 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc, then you can upload new images to your web space with us at any time using our easy to use Upload page. This page is password protected so only you should have access to your dedicated web space.

There is a setup fee of £20 and annual fee of £60, which is payable in advance, minimum period 12 months. You can change your images as often as you like and the capacity limit is a huge 1 mega byte. |

Important Terms & Conditions for ClientMailer Online Images: |
|
We have very strict terms and conditions on what sort of images and files can be uploaded. No illegal, pornographic, or inappropriate images in the view of ClientMailer are ever to be uploaded. Inappropriate use of the facility, includes for example sending unsolicited emails (“spamming”) with images that are hosted at ClientMailer Online Images. It is your responsibility to make sure your user name and password are only known to people who are authorised by you to upload images. If you think an unauthorized person (eg departing staff member) may know your password, you must contact us immediately. Only images (.jpg or .gif files) are ever to be uploaded. No other files, including but not restricted to documents, executable files may ever be uploaded. We regret that any breach of these conditions will result in immediate suspension of the facility with no refund give. |
